We unfortunately had a sick pup when we were traveling once. Val didn't hesitate to take Winston to his vet to get him back to health. 

We also had a plumbing emergency occur another time when we were traveling. Val called the plumber and had it taken care of before we got home. 

She just knows what to do and how to take care of things.

Having a pup that requires special attention means I can’t just let anyone take care of him when I’m out of town/at work (he can be very leash protective/reactive).
